2 - Beretta Turkey Dogs
1 - Beretta Beef Dog
1 – 6”x10” Sheet of Puff Pastry
½ c – Grated Cheddar
2 – slices Green Pepper
Place a 14” piece of tin foil and folded into 6 “ width on top of a baking sheet. Place a piece of parchment paper cut 6”x12”on top of the foil towards one end (we will call this the bottom). Spray both with non-stick cooking spray.
• Place the puff pasrty on top of the parchment. Sprinkle with grated cheddar.
• In the centre of the puff pastry place the 2 turkey dogs and the green pepper resting between the 2 dogs.
• Place the Beef dog about 1 ½“ below towards the bottom. Start rolling the puff pastry by lifting the foil and parchment over top of the turkey dogs and tuck the pastry in.
• The beef dog should be resting on top of the green pepper between the turkey dogs.
• Peel the parchment and foil and continue rolling the remainder of the way to the top.
• Once the puff roll is formed slide it down to the bottom of the parchment and foil repositioning them in their original position.
• Roll the foil around the puff until it looks like a foil log open on either end.
Bake at 425f for 22 minutes or until the ends are browning and the pastry looks cooked. Unroll the foil and return to the oven for 5 more minutes to ensure the covered pastry is also cooked through.
