• Mediterranean beef pitas: Add a little Mediterranean flare to your lunch by adding hummus, ground beef, and dried oregano with olives in a pita.
• Flank steak pinwheels: This impressive-looking dish is delicious and super easy to make. Add Feta cheese, sundried tomatoes, spinach and carved flank steak.
