1. $200 Minimum Order for delivery (plus a fuel delivery zone charge)
2. All Orders are sent Frozen except for the Deli Items.
3. You will see a subtotal when you place an order online, but this is only an approximation. The website is designed to capture the largest weight possible but you will be billed based on the exact weight. We will call you the day before with a three hour delivery window as well as the total.
4. All payments are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

You can change your order anytime up until the morning before your scheduled delivery date. If you cancel an order on the scheduled delivery date, you will be charged a $20 restocking fee. The restocking fee covers the costs associated with loss of perishable items, plus labour and other costs associated with restocking. If you are not home at the scheduled delivery window, you will be charged a $20 restocking fee plus the delivery fee. The restocking fee covers the costs associated with loss of perishable items, plus labour and other costs associated with restocking.
