ORGANIC BEEF NY STRIPLOIN STEAK
The NY Strip Steak cooks better when their moisture levels are the lowest possible. This is part of the reason they are so much better. Dry Aged, a process which significantly lowers water levels. For the best results, NEVER use marinades on these fine high-grade cuts, opting instead for simple salt and pepper. While best cooked on a grill outside, a cast iron pan works just as well indoors! Approximately 300-400 grams. Our steaks are aged a minimum of three weeks. Always let your steak come to room temperature before cooking.
