COMPANY INFORMATION

Yes, WE DELIVER... In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, delivery orders must reach a minimum of $200 before taxes and zone delivery charge. All of our products (except deli items) will arrive frozen to maintain the integrity of our product, and preserve our product quality.

  • From our Etobicoke Office - between 9:00am-4:00pm on Mondays - Fridays (closed between 1-2pm) - Unit 1, Etobicoke, ON. M9W4Y8


We do have a selection of items that we bring to the market each week. To ensure we include your favorites, make sure you call ahead to pick up order.

**PLEASE NOTE: We have a small shop freezer at our Etobicoke office for any last minute add on items, but do not have a full store front. Please visit our website for a full product listing and place all orders ahead of time to avoid disappointment.

We take pride in the work that we do, and in the quality of the product we create, for that reason we do require orders before 3pm AT LEAST 2 business days in advance of delivery or pick up. We are happy to arrange delivery for outside of the areas listed below, please call ahead to make arrangements as additional delivery charges may apply.


DELIVERY SCHEDULE

*Delivery days are guidelines only. Based on area of distribution your delivery day may change. You will be emailed a confirmation delivery date within one business day of placing your order.


CANCELLATION:

We understand that schedules change and that life happens. For this reason, up until 2:00pm the day before your scheduled pick-up or delivery, we will work with you to try and accommodate any need to reschedule or make change to an order.

If you are forced to cancel an order on the scheduled delivery date, a $20 restocking fee will apply. If you are not home within the delivery window assigned, a $20 restocking fee will apply, plus associated delivery charges.


REFUND / RETURN POLICY:

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with any of the items you receive, simply give us a call and we will take care of it! We do ask that all items being returned stay in their original packaging.
